Kawasaki ER6N (2009)

This is my 3rd and current motorcycle that I'm modifying. It's sporty and futuristic looking and a lot of fun to ride. Watch the video to hear the sound of my after market exhaust by Yoshimura. I will be updating details with all of the current upgrades.  For a full review go to Video Links.

Everyone who purchases a motorcycle has it in their mind to replace the stock parts to personalize and enhance the performance of the bike.  So far I replaced  the stock exhaust to Yoshimura exhaust,  stock handle bar to after market sport bars and added reflector wheel stripes. To see  more pictures go to Photo Links.

Future modification:
Fairing L/R insert covers, Mirrors.
I'm waiting on a pair of mirrors from a company in Italy. These mirrors look great on the Z1000, the black on black should make my ER6N stand out. I will post a review as soon as I receive and install them.  Look for it.

  1. Hi,

I am actually doing the reverse w/ handlebars. Just picked up this very bike ('09 ER6-n) last week and am re-installling the stock bars, as the seller had gone sport.

Old dirtbike (Honda) of mine had ONE cable into the throttle connection (easy). Am having trouble with the two cables on this one. Tough to get all spring-loaded stuff in there by myself, and not POSITIVE I'm getting it quite right as it is.

Do you know of any instructional vid on this? Haven't run across one in my search.

    Thanks much...

    Jay Manning
